Homelessness

Shelter For Homeless By: Gayatri What is homelessness and who does it affect? Homelessness means to have no home or permanent place of residence. Homelessness affects hundreds of thousands of people today. It also affects the poor and the veterans who came from the war. It affects the veterans because after coming from the war they have no idea of where to live and what to do. Many people feel that homelessness is not a huge problem however, I believe that all people should have a home that belongs to them.    From the day I was born, I have always had shelter. Some of my favorite vacation memories including trying different types of houses. Like living in villas, apartments and houses. But I have seen through my life that some adult and kids don’t have shelter. They have to live on roads and sometimes even kids and teens have to beg to live and get shelter. Tons of people in China, who live in small villages move to cities to find a better life and job. But most people

Value - Added Interactions

Topic: Value-Added Interactions Throughout the day we are asked to interact with our peers on multiple occasions. Usually we are asked to share ideas, give feedback,or explore with our friends. But, one interaction was so useful to me. Fiona gave me a feedback about science, that I should add details and put it in the right place. It was a value added interaction because, it helped, me make my project even better than before.  It lead my project to be excellent. Fiona tried to think that it was her project and she’s giving feedback to her project, but that’s how she made my project better.

Judy Blume and It's Not the End of the World

Dear dairy, I am reading Judy Blume - It's Not the End of the World, written by Judy Blume and this book is a non-fiction book. This book is about a real life girl, Judy Blume who faces the consequence of her parents divorcing. The story takes place in NewJersey, USA. The problem is that her parents always fight(every single day). The solution to this problem was that her parents are getting divorced. I had made many connections to this book. 1 of the connection is that I also keep a diary of my thoughts and wants. I fell sad for Judy and her siblings and her parents are really comfortable, since they are  divorced and  separated. I liked reading this book as the book is filled with thoughts and emotions of a real life person. Sincerely, Gayatri What book do you like, comment below?
